Staples had special the other day ($13) for wrist watches that read heart rate and have stop watch. DD20 going to teach me how to use, and monitor my exercise better!!!

Walks with LD today at the lake.

Karen I use to have one of those watches. Mine had a sleeve you put over the tip of your finger.

took yesterday off to go to a ladies tennis match with DH..

Gym today.. weight training... felt like a good workout 65 minutes..

Checking in. Did 8 minutes of heavy exercise yesterday. Made it to a 1 minute plank, and did side plank without falling down........and then DD and her BF sat in the chairs and gave me all kinds of other excercises to do on the floor during commercials.

Now I guess I have no excuse not to move it!!

Scale hasn't moved any, but I am eating better. Sleeping all night long with no melatonins or other pills at night.

One of those days I actually enjoyed. Something started tickling my brain. Did a phone call, internet search and then an email confirmation.............then did amended sales tax reports for 3 years for an organization. $12,000 in refunds for them. That should help their budget!!

Now just gotta figure out what to bill them.....

yesterday 35 minutes of Weight training at the gym..

2 miles with my DH today...my daughter is visiting from NY.. it was 36 degrees this morning... I told her I have some self tanning she can use before she flies back...she laughed

wish this cold snap would go away...

Yesterday....5 real pushups in morning and 10 girlie pushups in evening. 20 leg lifts each side.

GS spent evening, so excercises on floor were limited. and dangerous....

It's Monday so back to the gym. Had a great hard workout. Scale is down a little so happy with that.

COLD snap still here in the AM... then it warms up.

2 miles in park this morning...
30 minutes at the gym... weight training...
(I have a session with my trainer Thursday)...
