Another great workout at the gym, met a girl that's kind of doing the same things so we're going to partner up. DH does his own thing.

Lynn you deserve a you day once in awhile.

Karen your right cold everywhere, when it's cold in florida you know it cold.

Found out last night I can hold a plank for 45 seconds, and back up to 10 girlie pushups.
Few stretches, but not counting that yet. (Forgot to write down the time)

Not moving much, but starting on the abs......get rid of the spare tire, and then I think the mental will improve on doing more.

I plan to keep up with my regimen with the jump rope. This past week I only got to jump rope once.... it was early in the morning on Sunday and I got in 860 jumps in 20 minutes. My goal is to be jumping rope at least 3 times a week anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes each session. Although I'm disappointed I only got to exercise once this week I suppose one day of high intensity cardio is better than 0 days. And besides, I lost 4lbs this week. I can't complain.

Good for you Keep up the jumping.

I brought the small trampoline down and put behind the recliners. I was doing really good about jogging on it, until DD20 and her BF re-inhabited our house over winter break from college. Next week, will be trying to get back to the jogging,
