Sorry I've been missing too!

I did try and keep it up and I managed five days in a row, and then I had to take a day off. I did get back on track though.

My back is ok, but my Dr. prescribed more physiotherapy, so I'll have another 5 weeks of therapy for now. I do feel it is helping me and the rebounding is making everything looser and more flexible, so I can truly say it is working well!

Have a great weekend everyone, I'm checking in on Monday again!

Happy bouncing!

DH brought my rebounder back up so I can get back to using it....will do it today once DH is awake (he works till 4 a.m. so he sleeps all morning...have to be quiet!).

I'm hoping to get 10 minutes a couple times a day if I can.....and I'll continue to sit on the big ball and bounce a few times a day....it really helps with balance!

I Rebound, too!

Hi, Girls! Would love to join the group! I have a huge rebounder (not sure what brand it is) I got from Craigslist. I sometimes do 10 to 15 minutes in the evening. I find it's easiest to do while I watch TV.

I usually do a workout DVD in the morning, but would like to do a little rebounding in the evening. I'll make it a goal to do at least 15 minutes this weekend.

HAVE A GREAT ONE, EVERYONE!

Hi Tracy!

I rebound whilst watching tv too, I seem to be able to go longer too...

I've been bad and didn't rebound this weekend, but made up for it in the amount I walked!

I find doing 15-20 minutes a day is doable for me and I do half an hour core bodyweight exercises and stretching in the morning (I have to do these for my back). Hopefully now that the exercises have gotten more intense, it will keep my back under control!

How is everyone else doing?

I haven't forgotten about rebounding...just have been so busy that I haven't had a chance....hoping to get back to it later today. Right now it's in the guest bedroom right across from my bedroom and I can't use it in the morning because it will disturb DH while he's sleeping (he works 4 p.m. to 4 a.m.) Once the holidays are over I can move it to the living room and be able to use it any time.

Checking in...

Well, the bad news is, I haven't been rebounding. The good new is, I've been doing other types of exercise: I have a bunch of workout DVD's and I try to do a little most days... I guess I'm being lazy and not wanting to hoist the rebounder out of the garage!

I'm going to get back on it, ladies!

Hello bouncers!

I love rebounding too.
I use an Urban Rebounder which is my fav so far.

If this has been mentioned already, please forgive, but my very fav rebound videos are made by Diana Kaaha who has many on youtube. She is fun and has lots of good tips.

Hi everyone! Happy New Year!

I hope everyone is well and that you aren't all freezing!
Here in Germany it is pretty much balmy. We are having unseasonally warm weather. Apparently, after the weekend it will get colder but so far it feels like autumn or spring.

I was bad over the Christmas and New Year period, so I have to dust off the rebounder and start again. I am jumping this evening, so will let you know how it went after such a long time off! I've actually missed it a bit, LOL!

xxx
