Me,..Me,..Me!!!!

My 16 yr old DD do T25 every morning / six days per week @ 5:30am, matter of fact, we just started BETA last week. LOVE 2.0!!! and total body focus was a killer initially.

DD got the hang of things fast, but on some of the moves, I had to modify, however, the other day I was *THRILLED* because I actually did a full Burpee, THREE in a row, in fact

LOVE T25!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend to anyone..

Oh, what a coincidence. That's too cool!!!

Which are y'all doing now, Alpha or Beta? How long ya been doing it?

Dynamic Core was a toughie!! I all the cardio though, and could do the 2.0 every day

I think some are afraid of Shaun T, because of his Insanity program , but I only wish they knew just how doable his T25 actually is

Yes, yes, yes!!!

Absolutely WORTH it!!!

My DD ( 16) has lost 8 lbs and IMHO, she really didn't "Need" to. She was 148.2 ( she's 5"9, and Tall like her dad..) 6 weeks ago, Anyway, she was an even 140 as of last Saturday and all of her skinny jeans are getting loose..

I'm down only 4.6, but I've lost so much weight already, that I was beyond happy just to be maintaining that!!

So, the 4.6 was an added bonus!! What I do notice , however, is that my jeans are getting loose too and sliding down when I walk. All my tops and even my Nursing Scrubs are getting kinda sloppy looking.. ..And, I know this will sound kinda weird, cause I'm probably not explaining it well, but I now have a "curve" in my lower back ( where lower back meets buttock) DD called it a "bubble butt" Anyway, my waist to hips ratio, is even more defined than before..

Some advice:

Modify if ya have to, cause trust me, even though I'm no stranger to working out ( Power walking / Kettle bells /Turbo Jam...and so on..) When I first started T25, it was a challenge. Not exactly hard, but I was sweating and huffing and puffing like no ones business

By end of 3rd week, I got my routine down and my form real good and began to lessen the modifying. I now don't have to modify at all

I will tell ya too, that Beta ain't no joke...Shaun pushes ya to the limit..

We are on week 3 of Alpha. We started doing BeachBody programs together almost 2 years ago. We started with P90 and worked our way up from there. We've done P90X, P90X2, Insanity and some others. I think T25 is a really good workout. 25 minutes and it is DONE! I love that part! Congrats to you and your DD! It's a great way to spend time together!

Hi guys! Hey Lily - nice to see you!

I do t25 as a cross training with my other beachbody programs. Shaun T is just nuts - which makes him great.

I have this program but have been too intimidated to try it! Yall are inspiring me to break out the disks and go for it! I know I'll have to modify but honestly, going to the gym gets a bit hum drum and I want to be excited about what I'm doing! THanks for the "push" to try this!

LOVED reading your post this morning!!

VERY doable, just go at your own pace and modify, modify, modify, if and when ya have to. The main thing is that you got started and that's all that matters!!

Please keep us updated and *Happy* T25 to you

The truth is, it's just you. Nobody watching, no judges. You have to work to your level. If you need a break, take it. If you can keep going, keep going. If you want to modify, modify. It's all up to you.

I am glad i am not the only one! I have to modify as well. I’m losing 300 calories for those 25 minute workouts.

Hi Everyone,
A friend of mine told me about T25 yesterday and she owns the discs and is going to let me borrow them. I am looking for something I can do quickly in the morning before work, I dont have time in the evenings for the gym and what not due to kids, and I work full time and go to school full time. So I am hoping this will be what I need to help me get into shape. As of right now I do zero working out Im sure I will have to modify at first, but hope I will like this program.

Hey wasted - don't start over. Get the Gamma! It keeps advancing the work. Dropping back to alpha is probably a step back.

Beachbody also just released P90X3, which is 30 minutes per day and 16 different workouts. Might be a good choice if you tire of T25. I applaud your ongoing effort!!

I've seen the informercials for T25 and I may try it. I already have the Hip Hop Abs and Rocking Body...like them both but want to get something more for weight loss and toning. Do you ignore the meal plan that comes with it and just do more of a low carb version or do you follow it? Do you think it's worth the $$? Thanks!

Awesome -- so glad you guys are still using it and getting results!

I'm hoping to lose inches and pounds (of course that is more diet-related) but perhaps even moreso I'm looking to improve my cardio capacity to do more outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, etc. Right now, mine is just terrible!

I haven't been disappointed by any Beachbody products yet (umm...well---unless you count Yoga Booty Ballet...lol) so, while it was expensive, I felt it was a good investment.

Hi everyone!!

So excited to find a T25 group!! I just started Monday so completed week 1 day 4 of Alpha!! I love it so far but it is challenging!! I am modifying!! Abs killed me...mostly the up down from the ab work on the floor to the cardio lol!! By the time I get up from the floor I am behind!! I know it will get easier and I am determined!! I am also fitness walking my 10,000 steps after my workout!!

To anyone on the fence...go for it!! If I can start this at almost 52 anyone can!!

Mary
