100 squats a day for 30 days
I'm going to be doing this starting today... you can do them all at once or break it down over the day... anyone down with me?
today is day one!

I wanted to do this... I saw it on TV. But I don't know if I REALLY want to do it!
I always hated squats!

I can give it a go. I am at work right now so I would have to do them when I get home (maybe I will sneak some in here at work if no one is looking!)

hey every time you go potty do 10 or 20

just finished day one... 75 regular squats and 25 on barrels

I'll do it!!! Thanks for this as I have been meaning to do squats. Honestly, I am inherently lazy with start up, but if I get a push I am all there!

I did 75 regular squats and 25 squats on barbells.

I didn't do them at all... I totally forgot.

That is a good idea to do 20-25 each time you go to the restroom.
Sounds doable.

Never heard about squats on barbells? Would you kindly advise further?

I just finished day two! woo hoo and I'm dropping weight so it feels good!

Nice! I'm going to have to invest in some! I need them anyway for my arms; duel duty is always good!!!

Yay! Squats always seem to move the weight loss in the right direction. I'll see you in two days. Gotta let my muscles heal a bit. I feel it this morning!

finished day three late last night. I did 50 regular squats, then 25 placing my weight mostly on each leg ( did both legs) so another 100 down. happy day 4 everyone!

I did 133 last night. (app told me to do more and I could so why not.) I'll have to try your moves!
