30 minutes on Wii...stepping, running, strength training exercises and a bit of yoga for cool down

wow Lisa you jumped right back in head first

im thinking that I may give up my ymca and stick to my running/bike and bow-flex for a while

will see next week if I can get my arz out of bed at 5:50..i hate it..its dark !!!

I can't do early mornings especially if its dark outside! I hate that it gets dark so early in evenings as well

Got and hour at the gym today, did half on the treadmill and half on machines. Felt so good to start working out again. And then in the afternoon, put my heavy clothes on and got a nice long walk in.

2 mile walk today and some gardening...

tomorrow training session with my trainer...she really works me out... she taught me how to use the BALL... I bought one and should use it more at home...Zumba on Saturday..

10000 steps. I had to get a new Fitbit today. Part of the holder broke. I had a service contract so it was free.

Weight training 30 minutes yesterday

Got some great exercise in today, it was misting out so I got out some of the DVDs I had and tried a bunch and found a few I want to use again. Back to the gym tomorrow.

after a week of work outs, I took it easy today.. 1 mile walk and some gardening... back tomorrow to the gym...

If anyone wonders about Zumba... I tried 5 classes before I found the right class with the RIGHT instructor... it really makes a difference... if you like to dance it might be for YOU...

Had a great work out for 1 1/2 hours at the gym. Did machines and treadmill. Then after lunch went for a nice long walk around the lake.

Lynn tks for the info on Zumba, I have the DVD and would love to find a class around here. Now that the cold weather is hear alot of different programs start up.

that's what I need to start doing..having a daily walk

Misty I loved to walk around the lake when I lived at the lake house
and I could always borrow a Rocco too..lol

not feeling great today

Misty.. I did the same as you 1 1/2 hour work out at the gym...there was a health fair going on, but I did a lot of weights and machines... I know I will be sore tonight...

I am feeling better thank goodness
I haven't been sick for...I cant remember how many years

my man made me his side kick for snow removal today so im calling that my workout

actually it was really nice and fresh..6:30 am in the dark with the snow blower and a flat deck pully thing to pull my big bucket of salts

we just got a Target here in town..not going over so good so I cant see it staying open next year
