Ok I'm back too, restarted everything on Monday. 2nd day back at the gym, going to try to get back to some sort of walking weather permitting. Had snow this morning but did a walking DVD for half hour.

Lynn glad you enjoyed the NYC marathon, I didn't get to see it this year but my DS and DL went and said it was great also. DL is a runner but doesn't run in that one.

Ok so I didnt do anything this morning and that usually means I WONT but I am gonna do something when I get back from the dance studio tonight. It will be kinda late, but I will force myself. Once I get into a routine I'm fine, it's getting motivated and starting that is my challenge! I CAN DO IT

well..i vac'ed so much that when I got to the 3d floor my machine heated up and quit

L/B says it has a built in sensor and just got over worked..he is cooling down in the basement work-shop

Hi everyone- stopping by to check out this thread...
Deb is wearing out vacuum cleaners?? Oh my...

I spent an hour at the gym this morning. I spent half of it on the stationary bike and rode 5 miles. Then I spent half hour in the weight room. They have eight machines that work arms, legs, abs.

Nothing as exciting as Deb..but it's a start!

I stopped at grocery on the way home and now its already 11:30. I didn't do purposeful exercise today, but I did a lot of walking so it'll have to do for today. I'll do something in the am...prolly steps on Wii Fit

well my vac is working...lucky me

outside run this morning..woke up too late for yoga but was such a nice morning to run outside
hard on the lungs and throat in the chilly air mind you but im feeling good !

going to take my soapy bucket of water and mop and mop all the landings of the stairs today..there is 30 of them my tenants seem to love to spill coffee on them when opening the doors

Gym today.. weight training 65 minutes.. GREAT workout...
Glad my trainer showed me what to do...

CJMO, we loved Asheville, I think we were there 4 times this year... Miostly go into town, and the Biltmore Village, Hendersonville and Flat Rock...
