My goal was to walk at least 10,000 each day this month. Succeeded

I wanted to exceed the 137 miles I walked in September - walked 147 miles or 357,500 steps

I have been tracking my steps since June 1 and have walked 680 miles or 1,460,000 steps.

When we started this challenge, I wanted to maintain my weight within a 5 lb margin.
On Sept 1st, it was 149 and today was 146 lbs. Total loss since 2001 is 230 lbs.

I added wrong on the June to October miles. It was 584 not 680 but the steps are the same.

10,000 steps today.

So many days I wake up feeling like I don't want to walk. But after my first 10 min break walk, I feel better already.

Hi Everyone,

I have been on vacation in Asheville,NC/ NYC... The NYC Marathon was unbelievable... I lived in NYC 40 years and had never been to it...it was amazing...

In October.. I worked out 31.5 hours (weight training, Zumba, Kickboing, and walked 50 miles...)

so far this month..
17 miles walked
2 hours of gardening
Weight training today- 65 mins...

I am trying to get back on track... after being in the car so much but it was well worth it..

**tomorrow I have to do big vac day..15 floors and need to mop all the floors
wed-yoga

**Thursday--rx class

**Friday--going to the lake house with a friend and we are going to walk the trail lake side

not much happening this weekend so im going to run and bow-flex
