do I ever need that..i can get to sleep but cant stay there

I wake up mostly at 2am to take a pee..then my brain starts to work and I am awake till sometimes 4

Yes. I've been fighting sleep problems for years. Starting to do better on my new meds. I've taken Mag before but it seems I took the wrong kind.

Deb, me too on the sleep, wake at 2 and fall asleep again at 4, then alarm goes off at 5. Last night, I got a total of 4 hrs sleep and had to have a diet pepsi with caffeine to get my head clear. I don't drink coffee, so the options are slim. Once in a while green tea ill do.

Got 10,000 steps today, just barely. I am proud of my committment to walking ths month.
