That is what my legs and shoulders said about it

Calorie chart says 3916 calories in 11 hours. And that doesn't count cleaning stalls, saddling, and packing 2 yr old GS around........

Hi girls, keep up the great work!

14,000+ steps and 1hr 46 very active minutes today.

Have been trying to make up for two days this week in the 4,700-step range - yesterday and two days ago....Have been feeling tired and sleepy and kind of sick. I work with young kids and we have many bugs floating about. Slept for 12.5 hrs last night starting at 5:30 pm, so I couldn't finish my steps.

weight training at the gym.... 70+ minutes... tomorrow I see my trainer... we might do GTS (total gym)thta I find very tough...

we decided last night to drive to NYC to see the NYC Marathon... I lived in NY 40 years but never saw it in person... I can't wait...

better get in more weight training before I go..

Today 30 minutes with my trainer...
