Making my 10,000 It's been nice fall days and been walking alot and taking pics of the beautiful leave on the trees. I love fall. Going to take up cross country skiing with friends in the winter, I wonder what the pedometer will read doing that.

Lope overs are where horse learns to lope over a series of posts on the ground.....works on their timing and cadence. (As long as the guy in the saddle doesn't lean, jerk, or fall off.....)
But they are to not jump....just pick their feet up and go over without ticking the posts......
Gets tricky when the class course has them in a circle shape and have to keep loping....

Misty I too wonder how a pedometer will work on skiing.

Lazy morning, then trip to the museum with hubs, followed by a couple of hours at a restaurant. Came home at 4:30 pm at barely 3,000ish steps. So it's been a long push this late afternoon and evening to get the steps in. But, I'm finally done!

10,000+ steps and 66 very active minutes.

Hope everyone had a great Monday. It's overcast and rainy here, with a high of 78. It's been a nice change from the 100 degree temperatures we've had for the last 4-5 months.
