According to FitBit, I have walked 913,541 steps since I started a regular walking program in early July. I'm getting close to 1 million steps!!!

And, 393.76 miles

5K this morning
wish they had told me I was the only walker, I finished in 55 minutes and I was happy about that..

Didn't make my 10,000 steps Saturday. Had to work at the FD tag sale, so couldn't really walk around. Made my 10,000 today. Worked the FD pancake breakfast and ran around like crazy. So that was a great workout.

DD softball games rained out on Saturday, so they played on Sunday. She played really well. Started both games.

2 weeks of eating at restaurants and on the run.........Mom had surgery and then road trip to watch DD play softball at college.
Got to get back to my normal life, but forgetting what normal is.......

Rode horse for 20 minutes yesterday and today. 45 seconds planks for last 6 days.
