well my YMCA will be taking holidays..most of the classes are taught by volunteers so nice they get some time off

BUT

Jan 6th is my rx class start up..long time..2 weeks

so it will be walking/running/bow-flex and bike till then

yesterday walked 2 miles with my DH..

Thursday 55 minutes weight training at the gym...

Did my 10 minute upper body workout this morning. A measly 3# weight with each workout. And I don't think I can continue. I already hurt big time. Back to 10000 steps.
