Thanks for the soup recipes... I will be trying them soon...

Very sore today after my workout with my trainer yesterday.. went to the gym only did 30 minutes WT.. that is all I could handle... better luck tomorrow..

trainer today... 30 minutes...I learned so many more exercises to add to my list...

She gave and adorable jar... everytime I do a work out I put a dollar in it... when I get $100- I am supposed to buy something for myself... I also got nt bands to put on your ankles to exercise with...

Also my training session was a free one today...

Cheryl, there is only $1- in my jar from the WT workout yesterday...

Today I walked 3 miles... Target had 10% off everything since they had the credit card problem... no one was in any of the stores...too many days to shop since Thanksgiving...(I passed, Sears, JC Penney, Macy's, Lowe's, just to name a few)
