Went to the gym nice and early I'ts so cold out almost didn't go. But did and 1 1/2 hours. Treadmill for 30. Weights for 30 then 30 min circuit. Felt good after the weekend. Yesterday had a nice long hike with my GD then back for hot soup. Yikes those young kids can take the cold.

No gym this morning, DH got called out to a structure fire. So I was on shovel duty. Got snow last night. But it's really kinda nice out so went for a long walk for about 2 hours.

Walked 35 miles
Weight training 13 (total 14 hours)
Zumba 2X
Kickboxing/cardio 1x

total 30 hours of exercise..

took today off... Heavy rain all day... as a matter of fact 6 inches of rain in 2 days....

Back to the gym tomorrow... going away Sat, and I need the WT...

and people in Canada used to winter in Florida....things have totally changed

im from the coast..hate it..never going back..not even for a visit

Back to the gym for a good workout this morning. Going to be chilly put nice today so will go for a nice long walk.

Lynn nice to take a day off once in awhile. I never go to the gym on the weekends, I find the're really crowded and I have to wait for things, our gym in small.

Cheryl wtg that's alot of miles. I never thought of keeping a total. I just start over every day.

hi im new here and im doing cardio for 30 minutes 4X a week and the rest of the days Im giving my body a chance to rest and that seems to work for me . I also do zumba some days . mostly aerobic though ...

50 minute weight training today...at the gym....

Deb, you asked about my stats...the only part of me that is heavy is my bust and stomach... that is what I am working on...and it is very hard to lose there...

I am a size 14 wanting to be a size 12...
