Deb,
I always like to shop at Target, unfortunately I have to carry what ever I buy home a couple of miles...I also pass the mall... and Lowe's....

I do skip Burger King, MacDonalds, Wendy's, Bob Evans, Starbucks,... it sure smells good when I am walking...but I keep on walking....

Did 1 1/2 hours at the gym again today. Going to try and do that everyday. And other than warming up on the treadmill I'm going to mix up machines and weights.

Lynn wtg on no stopping off at the fast food stores. I love Targets too. They have a little bit of everything. At least by having to carry what you buy home it says on the spending.

Deb I love Wendy's chili so good.

Anybody had an In n Out burger? I've heard they are good

I use Target when I can't stand the thought of Wally World. I'll be glad when they get the promised Supermarkets built. It's been over 2 years!

I always have mine without the bun.

No gym today, but walled around a huge mall for hours, so I guess I still got in exercise. I wish I had of remember to wear my pedometer.

Just found this thread and the timing coincides nicely with my goals. I'm doing the Couch to 5k program right now and, as long as I keep doing the workouts every second day, I'm slated to finish right around the end of December. I'm just finishing up week 3 now.

Happy. Really cold her too. Where are you from?

Got a nice long walk in and then did a walking DVD. Really felt like I got a good work out . My GD is coming over tomorrow I know she'll give me a good work out got to practice her dance lessons.

Lynn I'm a morning person to start with, so I up and ready for the gym early. I know what you mean.

Cheryl I so wish I had of thought of wearing my pedometor just to see how much we walked . The Holyoke Mall is supposed to be the largest in New England and over 200 stores plus 3 levels of shopping

Sorry to hear about the hip pain. I've been at C25K for a while now. I kept starting it and not continuing, so then I'd start over with Week #1. (Listening to the same podcast over and over and over gets tiresome, so it's actually a good motivator for me to keep going!) I've been okay so far except for today: I had knee pain while I was running. It went away as soon as I did the walking cool down but it's got me a bit worried about finishing!
