Cardio Twice a Day.. Trying Something New.

I just purchased a brand new Gym Quality Elliptical trainer (my old is resting in pieces) So I'm Trying something new instead of doing my cardio once a day for 1 hour I have now started to do my cardio twice a day, in the morning for 30 mins and in the evening for 30 mins today is day two of this and so far so good. I hope it will make a difference in my fat loss.
