No gym this weekend but got in alot of exercise, did yoga dvd in the mornings plus alot of walking and swimming. But back to the gym for a good workout this morning.

Eliza yes that's my Rocco in my avi. Sad to hear when someone doesn't have the time to exercise there pet, big dogs need alot of exercise. I bet he'd love it on a nice farm. I live on a big lake and Rocco get tons of exercise and love swimming.

Cheryl I drink lemon water and cucumber water, I love it.

No this isn't normal. This is usually our dry season.

Misty do you have an infuser too? I've never heard of them. It sounds good. Occ. I will squeeze some lemon into my water.

I have my 10000 in and 30 minutes of very active.
Checking back in. Hanging in here. Got the drapes figured out. Magnets with hooks attach to steel plate above the windows, and steel rods from local welding shop that fit in the hooks. Presto.......35 ft of drapery rods $35 for rods and $80 for magnets.....

Magnets hold 45# weight.

WOE: My way mixing it low carb
Starting a Primal workout. Short and basic. Walk 3-5 hours week, pretty much doing that. Sprint a few times every 7-10 days. Lift 2 x a week. 4 basic moves. I am starting at baby level. Push ups- wall push up. Pull up. Leg assisted pull up. Squat - wall squats. Planks. Done for today.

Cheryl, best of luck with your new workout! . I read Mark's blog and think this type of workout is very reasonable and closely mimics what our ancestors did.

Great workout at the gym yesterday, I start my warm up on the treadmill and now I'm going to do it again at the end, I figure I'll be getting in extra steps.
