Hi girls How have you been?

Ooof-ta, sinus infection plus bronchitis for the last 2.5 weeks has kicked my butt and I missed at least 4 days of walking, plus a few more days where I was below 10 K......but back to normal today even though I am not at 100% yet. Still, I have walked over 102 miles this month.

10,000+ steps today and 83 VAMs.

Mary,I know what u mean we have all had colds and it is soooo cold here!! I miss walking outside and hoping to find a pair of comfortable warm boots to walk in!! I hope you feel better !!
Cheryl keep on keeping on!!
I did Leslie Samsones 4 miles yesterday ended up with 10200 steps!! but have been too tired today!!
Thank you, girls

My sinus infection migrated to my lungs and turned into bronchitis, so now I'm trying to kick that out of my system. Wendy, yes, I have prime and I utilize it very well multiple times every month, lol.

Wendy, I've never tried that, thanks so much for the suggestion. I will go research it and will try it out.

Here in TX there are so many allergens and the weather has been changing so rapidly along with barometric pressure. From one day to another the temps have been going up and down by as many as 30-40 degrees within 24 hrs. My poor sinuses just couldn't take it any more.

Wendy, lol, I can apparently buy an infrared sauna from Costco for $999.99. Sounds like a great deal.

Wendy, I need to look for a similar place that has membership or something. I live in a big city so I'm sure I'll find at least one. I am not opposed to buying an infrared sauna, either, and it will be used well, the question is where to install it.....

Well, I was so close to 10 K, that I decided to get on the treadmill again for the last 1K steps.

So now I'm at 10,000+ and 70 VAMs for the day.

I've been over 10,000 for most of November. December I want to make it way closer to 20,000 since I will be going to the gym more. I'm hoping my Fitbit registers all the machines (bike, elliptical and treadmill).

I was sooo pround of myself. One day last week I had over 18,000 steps with 99 very active minutes!!!

Over 14,000 for today. I did something to my knee yesterday so I'm trying not to overdo it at the gym. It does seem to feel a bit better after being on the bike though. When I sit too long it starts to bother me. Guess I should stay off my butt and keep moving LOL

Just 2500 yesterday and today. Feel like a slouch but we had snow and sleet today.

What do you all use the infrared sauna for?
