I have the Turbo Jam system at home, but haven't used it (aside from doing the Learn & Burn intro DVD when I first got it). I really need to pull this out and start using it! I have heard so many good reviews about both Turbo Jam & Turbo Fire!

How long have you been using it?

Jayce,

I been doing Turbo Jam with DD for about 3 weeks now on a consistent basis, which is about 4-5 times a week. I also power walk too and sometimes do both on the same day..

It took some time to get the routine down, but now I got the hang of it and the times seems to just fly by!! I like it so much that I went on Amazon and purchased 2 more dvds.

This morning while DD was playing at her HS graduation ( she's in Concert band there.) Anyway, instead of waiting for her to get back, I went on and popped that dvd in and worked out by myself, LOL...Talk about being hooked huh?, LOL

It is excellent for the waist area and arms!! All that punching and all...I highly encourage you to get started, even if you can't finish the entire session. Fun,fun, fun stuff!! I actually kinda forget that its exercise!.. Oh and talk about working up a good sweat!!

Hi there I have turbo fire and turbo jam...fell in love after taking a turbo kick class last year. I just started exercising again june 1st. Started a turbo fire round mixed in with treadmill days, so i'm not doing TF everyday yet...feel like I need to work up to it, lol

I hear that Turbo Fire is way more intense than Jam. From what I read, there is lots of jumping and high intensity moves. For fear of getting carried away and hurting myself , I think I'll stick to Turbo Jam, along with my power walking and AB crunches..

DD has been begging me to purchase "Insanity" Those info-commercials are constant. I told her I may be crazy, but I ain't "Insane"

Ordered two more dvd's today Turbo "fat blaster" and another one ( which I can't recall the title right now ) I read the reviews first and both were excellent..

This morning DD and I did the cardio 3 mix...

Turbo fire is more intense, but I modify because I have arthritis in my right knee. If you follow along with the low impact girl its still a little more than TJ, but isn't too killer Insanity on the other hand does kill me, lol!!!

I love Chalene and turbo. I'd work through the advanced version of turbo jam before heading to turbo fire. Kick punch jam is one of my faves!

Funny, I was contemplatin trying this. I've had it since it came out, but I could never stick with it past 5 days :/. I've heard the results are great though.

I am not familiar much with the Chalean Extreme, ( yet!! ) but I can tell you about the results DD and I have had...

After doing only a few weeks of Turbo-Jam daily ( we rotate from the several TJ dvd's I have) Anyway, my jeans are falling off ( sliding down when In walk) The denim Capris that I wore yesterday, I can put them on/off/up/down, without even having to un-button /un-zipper them!! and my DD has gone from a junior's size 11-13 to a 9 !!

I absolutely LOVE Chalene Johnson. I have all Turbo Jam DVDs, Chalean Extreme and Turbo Fire. Chalene got me working out last year and without Turbo Jam I never would have started. They are a BLAST!

I do a variety of workout DVDs, but I always come back to Chalene. If you are thinking about Turbo Fire, consider the "Firestarter" kit to get used to it. It is more advanced than Turbo Jam, but TJ is still awesome.

I LOVE Chalene! I have TJ, TF and ChaleanExtreme. Extreme really hurts my knees so thinking I will go back to my Zumba, and one or 2days throw in a TF, Jam to get the ultimate workout in. LOVE her!!
