I wasn't sure if I should post here or in the muscle matters forum.
I am really intrigued by the Body By You book by Mark Lauren. I have a copy and have read through it. I've always thought it would be nice if I could just have a great workout at home using what is here. And this is seems great, since the exercises progress as you get stronger.
Has anyone here done this? I found a couple blogs online, but the people usually stopped posting progress after a couple weeks.
The only other concern I have, is that I am still recovering from a knee strain, and I'm not sure I should do squats yet? My knee doesn't hurt anymore, but sometimes if I am really active, OR stand in one place on a hard surface for a long time, it feels *off*. Has anyone else had experiences doing squats after a knee injury? I was kind of thinking I could do them, just shallower and adjust as my knee feels stronger.

I just found your post here, and wanted to say I'm starting BBY on Friday. I also have knee issues and need to be careful. I'll just do everything to my own limits.
Have you started yet?
If so, how are you getting on?
Maybe we could support eachother?
