Weight Lifting/Strength Training DVD Recommendations...

I plan to start working out more (and more consistently!) and doing more weights than cardio. I was reading about this thing called In Place of a Roadmap where the guy talks about weight lifting more vs. cardio to lose fat. Since I hate cardio it really piqued my interest. (I still plan to do some light cardio on off days)

I have a bunch of free weights at home and know I can make up my own routine or follow a book but I do much better when I have a video to follow. Does anyone have any recommendations for some good videos to try?

Also, let's say I plan on strength training 3 times a week. Is it better to do a longer workout & work all muscle groups 3 times a week or break it up where 1day I do upper body, 1 day I do lower and 1 day of combined maybe? Would working out a muscle group only about once a week be good enough?
