I Need Some Suggestions For Pre Workout Meals That Wont Destroy My Low Carb Diet.

I don't eat a pre workout meal per se.
I eat my normal lc breakfast, then I digest a bit....say about an hour.
then I go to the gym and do my thing.
When I get back from the gym I have my post workout snack. This is usually
some walnuts and berries mixed with sf sweetened sour cream

I Low Carb and lately I have been eating an apple on the way to the gym. Maybe a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter with it if I feel I need a little protein. Or I just grab a handful of nuts to tide me over.

Usually I just have a fat bomb on the way to the gym if it's after work, or just breakfast in the morning.
