Starting t-tapp
Hi everyone. I am I want to start using this as my exercise during my weight loss journey. I am out of shape and think that this will be the best exercise to get started with. I have read the success stories and believe that getting results quickly will motivate me to stay with dieting & exercising. I have about 100 pounds to lose and, while I realize that it will not happen overnight, I do need to see the fruit of my labor on a regular, on-going basis. I have purchased the book off of eBay for $1.75.

I've been a T-Tapper for 2 1/2 years....and have lost about 75 + inches. I would STRONGLY urge you to check out the T-Tapp forums--there are a lot of encouraging women and are a great bunch to just "chat" with! Also, in the back of the book there should be a coupon for 50% off a dvd, when you receive it, I wouldn't try to learn the moves from the book, just to confusing, imo. T-Tapp Workout Central - YouTube I also wanted to let you know that just with the shortest workout, Basic Workout Plus (BWO+), I lost nine inches the first week I did Boot Camp. (The book and her brochure tells you where to measure.) I did the workout six days (M - S) took Sunday off and measured Monday. If you are on FaceBook, there are also several T-Tapp groups, trainers, and Teresa herself if you want to ask questions. |
