You are all doing so well, especially with all the life activities going on.

We're headed to Md and then Philly tomorrow (home town) for a week and so glad I got my gym and walking in today.

Hopefully, I'll be able to check in with some miles behind me!

Yesterday 1 Mile and 30 minutes of yoga. Same for today.

I'll wait to post Friday, last day of the month, as I've been consistent every day which was my goal. This Thread has been great as it's kept me accountable and on track as much as possible with my issues. Fortunately, they seem to be gone.

Deosil...Congratulations on getting over your issues so fast. Guess it goes to show how age has to do with recovery.

Thank You so much! I am 45 yrs old though and feeling it. :\ I am just determined to get my health back and everyone here is so helpful and motivational that it makes it so much easier to deal with the aches & pains!

2.5 again today VERY early since it is now raining and 88 Fahrenheit. Like, wth.. This year has been ridiculous for weather so far. :\

+5 miles early this morning before it got too hot.

Hope you enjoy the yoga Anna. I did it for years with a friend and found it very good for flexibility and relaxation. I should try to get back to it but we moved and life just changed patterns.

Great job Paula!!

I just got called in to work and my car is in the shop. Have to drive DH to work, go to work, then pick him up after I'm done. Phew there goes my day off and no walking for me today. Still did well this month. Think I will increase my goal a bit next month.

+2. I konked out after 2 miles as it is WAY too humid and hot out there for morning time. :\


I just went back and counted my mileage in my posts. I have done 55.5 miles this month walked and various hours of yard work. Not bad I guess for being pretty sedentary for the last 8ish years but I need to get that number up!

3 miles early this morning,, oh and yesterday's yoga class was, er, um,...*interesting* Some of the positions possible was

This is totally new territory, so certainly gonna give it another chance. I did feel very relaxed afterwards though

Thus no walking, so DD and I are going to do a 45 minute round of Turbo Jam..

But, right now though, I am going to go throw myself on the couch until she gets up
