Anyone do You are Your Own Gym/Body By You?

Someone on another thread recommended Mark Lauren's book, You are Your Own Gym and after doing some googling about it I'm super excited to try it! Then I found out he has a new book called Body By You, that's geared for women. I've put library holds on both of them and will hopefully get them in a few days.

If you don't know what it is, a blurb about Body By You-

This is exactly what I'm looking for, now that I'm in maintenance-toning, toning and more toning!

Is anyone else following Lauren's program (either book)? If so how is it going? Have you noticed results yet?

You can get an app on Android (and I'm presuming on the iPhone App store too) It was only about Ł1.60 - keep meaning to try the work outs, just not got that far yet!
I find it so difficult to get motivated

I'm in my first week of Cycle 1 in Body By You.
I also have You Are Your Own Gym but it looked too advanced (and a little scary) for me.
BBY progresses gradually from easier moves to difficult ones. I'm already seeing results. I really enjoy the program. I do feel a little guilty only working out 3 days a week but you really do need the rest days, I feel sore the day after my workouts.
I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a solid strength training program.
