Anyone from Salt Lake City, Utah?
I just joined the LCF and am curious how many of you are from Utah. I am asking this since I will be moving to Utah soon.
How do you incorporate the exercise while you are on low carb? Some suggest not to run or do any high intensity workout.
Since you live in Utah, do you go hiking a lot? Or do you stick to lifting weights? Living in high altitude makes exercise different? Any suggestion? Tip?
I am not on low carb diet yet but am thinking about starting it once I move to Utah. I will be reading and learning about low carb meanwhile.
