Went to the gym yesterday and had a great work out and walked around the Mall for hours. Now have swollen gland and ear infection so not sure if I'll get much of a workout today.

I previously did LC in 2011 and lost about 33lbs 175ish-142 in about 3 months (no exercise then). However, since I was 16 (24 now) Ive dealt with an eating disorder--mostly bulimia--that comes and goes in vicious cycles.

2011-2012 (Ie: my last year of graduate school) was particularly stressful (that and many social/relationship issues) and lets just say the weight slowly creeped back on and then some, plus my eating disorder blew out of proportion until I sucked it up and got re-treated for it.

Ive come to terms with my weight gain, most of my daily stressors, and the fact that my ED will probably will never fully disappear (at least as of right now) and am working my way back down slowly but surely...*easier said than done*

Im not sure where Id like my goal weight to be probably between 125-140 (whatever a size 4 might fall into) but Im just trying to focus on clean eating and becoming more fit, mostly to just be happy in my own skin.

Sorry for the long narrative but hopefully that explains some of my stats, and yes I am 5'7 the only thing working in my favor right now

Also, just got back from an hour of cardio at the gym:

50 mins @ 4-5mph on the elliptical
10 mins cooldown recumbent bike
