No Deb, I heard that if you are interested in a membership, they will give you a one day guest pass and allow you to "try it out" - only good that day.

But, after looking at what they offer online, I told DH Sam's has pretty much everything we need - and I ordered my coconut oil and almond flour online. Much cheaper !

Slept in today...... back is sore last 3 days and I haven't done anything to irritate it ! Ugh !! Need to walk some more today, it always helps

Going to get groceries later and we'll either go out to eat or make some steaks or something. I'm really missing my fresh veggies......need to re-stock them !

Have a great day !!

I doing my walking. I tried out some squats, batwing and deltoid exercise with very light weight. We will see if it sets off the pain again. I'm hoping the new meds let me work up to a little weight training.

Good Morning.

I did my squats, batwings and deltoids. I had wrist pain yesterday so I got out my wrist brace this time. Hopefully that takes of it. I'm still getting my walking in. I just need to get this muscle toning figured out.

Been really doing great with my exercises. Doing yoga at home when I can't get to the gym. And getting plenty of water in. Now starting to get my walking in. Got to get my legs toned.

Cheryl been still doing some exercises for the old batwings but I'm really not seeing much of a difference. Do you see a differnce yet?

Mad4Chilas jump right in. Glad to have you here.

Had to work this morning so got to the gym nice and early for an hour work out. And being that it hit the 60/s today I'm going to a nice walk around the lake for added exercise.

Deb glad your back.

mad. Sounds like you have a busy workout schedule

Misty I don't think I've been consistent enough with my batwings to do any good. Weights aggravated my wrist even the brace on. I need to figure something different that doesn't aggravate it.

I went for a walk with LD and worked in the yard today.
