Up early, have to work for awhile today so going to hit the gym first for a good hard workout. Going to rain all day so won't get a walk in.

Going to try and get in some exercise. Have my pedometer. I did some squats, wall sits and push ups. Testing the waters.

Had a great workout at the gym this morning, with all the snow I wasn't going much, just doing exercises at home. It felt so good, going again tomorrow.

Deb wow nice black sheets, bet you can't wait to get the new furniture. Your house is going to look so nice. Got to ask, is this the 1st time you drank detox tea. I bought a box and DH drank it by mistake and let me tell you, bathroom was no issue, he almost didn't make it home.

Cheryl great getting the exercises in. Are you still working on batwings. I am, it's been over a month and I think there finally starting to tighten up. Trying to concentrate on my abs. I really need it,

I can't imagine a wrinkle there with all the running you do. You're one firm girl with all the workouts you do. I bet L/B loves you just the way you are.

I have almost 14000 steps so far today.

Spent the day with Mom. She is finally coming out of the post tornado slump and getting interested in decorating her home. It is fun. she did say it feels like another piece of wood is working its way out on her rib area.

Hey guys I'm still here Been getting alot of different exercises in. Staying at DS for a week so I've been going to there gym on a guess pass. I love all the equipment they have plus they have arobic and yoga classes. I miss all that.

Cheryl glad to hear your mom is finally getting settled. Do you wear your pedometer all day? Mine quit, going to get a new one. I use it in the summer when I walk around the lake and if I don't meet my goal for the day I walk around my island in the kitchen

Deb don't feel bad not butt here either. I tried exercises to build it up but it doesn't work. Learned a new exercise for my abs. The instructor at DS gym told me it's supposed to work better that any other.

I agree. A walk around the island sounds soothing.

Yes I wear the pedometer all the time.

I'll donate some butt to both of you.

Mine is Omron. I bought it many years ago bi don't know if they are still around. It did go back to a 24 hour day instead of 18 like it was.

I buy mine at sports stores

Yamax SW701 Digi-Walker Pedometer:Amazon:Sports & Outdoors

This is supposed to be good one. I always like a cover on mine so I don't accidentally hit one of the buttons and clear it.
