Sorry I have not checked in...

Zumba .. Sat..
3 miles today.. and 75 minutes Weight training...

It has been very cold here (for Florida).. I guess that is my excuse...

Can I join?

I started using a fitbit a few weeks ago and have been adding steps. I am at 25 miles so far this month!

I don't know what my goal is. I'm trying to do 7500 steps per day this week. I will add an additional 500 steps every week towards my goal.

Darn it switching to DST stole my hour for my AM walk this morning. I'll have to get up earlier tomorrow so will get back to it then. I'll try for 2 miles after work with the dog and try to get DH to come with me - he needs the exercise.

At least it is finally a nice day here.
