need advice + photo



hello, what is the best way to have smaller waist? what is the most important exercise?
and also my low bum annoys me, in how many time i can make it more round and high?

you are very thin and meet society's standards for a "great body" I think. If you are dwelling on your waist and bum, this is a distorted body image problem. please accept that you are FINE and that degree of obsession is not healthy. good luck.

welll thank you for your opinion, but apparently it is not fine, my body is saggy and i need to tone my waist and bum..
