Kettlebells routine
Can you do the same beginner core strengthening routine 2-10 minute segments every day? I use a 20 lb. bell and I sweat fer sure, but I'm not sore ever from it.

Typically, one is supposed to take some recovery time, but I suppose it all depends on intensity. Give it a try and see how it feels.
I haven't done KBs in a while; enjoy it once I do it, but have a hard time getting motivated for weight related stuff. Cardio is so much easier to fit into my day. |

Do you want to do them together or 2 different times of the day? I'd do the workout and then do it again....can you add a variety of swings to make the workout longer?

If you can, find other swings to throw in or other routines to do. I have a video set that I use that has 4 different routines and I do each of them on a different day of the week to keep my body guessing. When I get too used to those, I'll find an entirely different routine. That being said, whatever gets you to the gym is good. If you want to do the same routine over and over and that keeps you going, it's great!! |
