Don't forget about adaptation. Even if you COULD do it every day, you wouldn't want to. It's the law of diminishing returns. Your body gets used to that routine and it starts becoming less and less of a benefit.
If you can, find other swings to throw in or other routines to do. I have a video set that I use that has 4 different routines and I do each of them on a different day of the week to keep my body guessing. When I get too used to those, I'll find an entirely different routine.
That being said, whatever gets you to the gym is good. If you want to do the same routine over and over and that keeps you going, it's great!!
