What do you think?

I hope these questions are not too silly, but here goes. Am I on the right track of getting in shape based on these factors:

3 times a week I do a 20min. Kettle bell routine for beginners. 3 times a week I do the elliptical (20 min.) with some crunches (100) and pushups. The elliptical mornings I also do a taekwondo class (red belt level) at night.

I personally would not stick with a certain amount of time or reps for maximum benefit with those workouts. Change it up where you can, like add more pushups each time and more time spent on the elliptical not just 20 minutes each session. What are you looking for in terms of getting in shape? muscle definition, improved cardiovascular performance or weight loss? To get the most out of time spent exercising I benefit from weights seeing the fastest results in reshaping my body.

Thank you so much for answering. It just works out to be the time amount due to the video or program on the eliptical is all. Change up is a good thing and I will try to remember that. I do not have a ton of time extra to exercise and was hoping to maximize my time and effort when I was able to. I'm interested in weight loss (a little) but more body core strength.

You can change things up with the kettlebells by doing more swings or do combo moves....are you using a dvd or making up your own routine?
