What do you think?
I hope these questions are not too silly, but here goes. Am I on the right track of getting in shape based on these factors:
3 times a week I do a 20min. Kettle bell routine for beginners. 3 times a week I do the elliptical (20 min.) with some crunches (100) and pushups. The elliptical mornings I also do a taekwondo class (red belt level) at night. |

Thank you so much for answering. It just works out to be the time amount due to the video or program on the eliptical is all. Change up is a good thing and I will try to remember that. I do not have a ton of time extra to exercise and was hoping to maximize my time and effort when I was able to. I'm interested in weight loss (a little) but more body core strength.

You can change things up with the kettlebells by doing more swings or do combo moves....are you using a dvd or making up your own routine?
