Turbo Fire has MUCH more high impact than Turbo Jam. Lots more jumping, etc.

I have both and love them. Turbo Jam is less intense than Turbo Fire-higher impact but she does have one person doing lower impact. You cant go wrong with either-A party in a box, lol!!! Just did Turbo Fire class EZ 55 this morning, LOVE IT!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Turbo Fire!!! BUT, if you have people living under you then it will be an issue. I had to have my husband move our bedroom tv and vcr to the basement because it sounded like I was going to go through the floor!! LOL Turbo Jam is probably a better bet. I did ChaLean Extreme before TF and lost 40 lbs and gained lean muscle after finishing both programs...oh and I LOVE Chalene as well she is AH-MAZING!!

I loved that 20 minute Turbo Jam workout-- I was so sad when my DVD stopped working!!!!

I've been doing the TJ "Punch Kick and Jam" this week. Such a great workout and I LOVE that it's not high-impact. Plus it *really* targets the core/abs.

My daughter is also interested in Chalene's videos and trying to figure out whether Chalene Extreme could be done in her dorm room without disturbing the people underneath her. Also, how much space would she need - she's in a fairly large single room (for college standards)?
