Need help!
I'll be the first to admit I'm lazy. But I need to do some sort of exercise, I have a tredmill that has issues when you're at a nice fast walking pace, it likes to stop and you go forward. Quite comical I'm sure but I don't want to have to pick myself up again LOL
Suggestions? I do take the dog for walks but since he's so huge, he goes slow. |

A few of us have just started to follow the Couch to 5 km program (aka C25K). I follow it on the treadmill but it is tracked by time and alot do it outside. If you have a smart phone or ipod you can download the rundouble app that has c25k on it so it is all voice prompts to tell u when to run and when to walk and some other great features. Just an easy way to "learn/train" to run a 5km. There is a thread for it if you are interested.

How about raving garage sales to look for workout DVDs or workout books? How about joining one of those online exercise videos websites?
ExercizeTV is gone unfortunately but think of ThinqFitness or there are others. |
