Four miles. Wore a 12lb weight vest today. My weight has been up a couple of pounds the past few days. I'm eating clean with very low carb so I figure I need to up my workout intensity.

I love using my weights to up my workouts too Lovin and Heheher! I have a 20 pound vest I used to always wear but i have been lazy lately need to get back to that.

Taking the day off. It's my 60th birthday and my DH surprised me by taking the day off to spend it with me on my day off.

Had a great day. Thanks Lynn. There are no sidewalks in my neighborhood either Lynn and it can be scary when a car wizzes by and you actually feel the breeze pulling at you. Wish people would slow down in our residential area!

I didn't walk yesterday or today because I've come down with some sort of bug...drinking lots of fluids and just resting...I'm hoping I feel good enough tomorrow to get at a little walking in.

Thanks for the birthday wishes Lovin and Heather. It was one of the best ever but I'm not really thrilled to have entered the 60's. Where does the time go?

Plus 3 this morning. Wow made goal 4 days early. Very stressed so walking a lot to calm myself down and not drive my family nuts.

Please forgive me I have been MIA went to the dentist then had to go train for school for a week. I am back. I did keep track of my miles even though I was away. Did not have access to the site I was very sad I did a lot of journaling so here are my totals.

I'm back...

Hey Everybody and Shunsweets! I got thru a light cold thanks probably to glugging tons of airborne and I'm now back to trying to be consistent with my exercise program....Hope everybody is well and still walking!! I got out across the road to my field today for the first time in a few weeks for a good walk/jog of 2 mi. and 31 minutes...now if I can just be consistent! I'm up for a March challenge...I take one day at a time but I'm hoping to get my mileage in of at least 8 mi. a week. We have 73 degrees here today so that helps!
