A Turbo Fire question...
Hi. I hope someone can help me out here.
I have never tried Turbo Fire or Turbo Jam and I'm wondering just how "dance-y" Turbo Fire is. If a workout has too many complicated movements I can't keep up and then I get annoyed and quit. I'd like to know before I consider ordering it as it is rather pricey. I tried Hip Hop Abs and the dance moves are way too complicated for me. :stars: |
Turbo Jam is considerably less complicated choreography-wise than Turbo Fire. I'm a bit of a klutz and I can do both, but there sure is a learning curve. I you give yourself time and arm with some patience you'll be able to do the workouts.
I love anything Shaun T. I have all the hip hop abs and rockin body DVDs and I love them. Then again, it did take me a couple of tries to be able to get the moves Hope it helps :) |
Thank you so much! Looks like I will have to pass on the Turbo dvds for now. I work out super early and my brain just is not ready to function and follow those moves at such a crazy hour. :stars: Maybe this summer when I won't be getting up so early I can try them out.
I love Shaun T. too! Insanity is one of my favorite programs! I just can't handle Hip Hop Abs though. I trip over my own feet! |
It's doable, but I agree- there is a learning curve. Plus it moves pretty darn fast. I personally wouldn't choose it as an early morning workout.

To me, TF is also MUCH more cardiovascularly-challenging. But Turbo Jam is still a GREAT cardio workout, and really, an great all-over body workout. |
