Leslie Sansone advanced moves
I recently started doing daily Leslies; love her workouts. Could someone list some advanced moves I could do instead of the usual basic four moves? I want to ramp it up a bit. TIA.

Thanks for reply. I'm staying away from rebounder for a while because it bulks my thighs. I found some ideas to step up/intensify Leslie's basic moves on VF.

I jog intermittently throughout the workout
Do deep squats when I feel she is overdoing the side steps Add more knee-ups as standing ab work On the kickbacks, I really take the time to isolate the hamstrings and squeeze. Generally, I just put more oomph into every thing she does. |

Yea, I just punch it up and double time her. The very reason I love these workouts is because they are all the same and I know them all like the back of my hand so I can easily intensify or even slow down when I feel slower.

Get some of the workouts with her "boosted walking" intervals if you don't already have them. Those definitely take it up a notch -- or 3!
Her Walk Slim:4 Fast Miles is GREAT! The 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk is also very good. |
