Leslie Sansone advanced moves
I recently started doing daily Leslies; love her workouts. Could someone list some advanced moves I could do instead of the usual basic four moves? I want to ramp it up a bit. TIA.

I don't think there really are any advanced moves for Leslie unless you hop over to each side. use weights in your hands would also help. Use more of her fast mile DVDS |

Yea, I just punch it up and double time her. The very reason I love these workouts is because they are all the same and I know them all like the back of my hand so I can easily intensify or even slow down when I feel slower.

I've added wrist weights & ankle weights and it adds a nice umph :)

I second the weights idea. I'm using hand weights currently. Will eventually go for ankle weights as well.

Get some of the workouts with her "boosted walking" intervals if you don't already have them. Those definitely take it up a notch -- or 3!
