callanetics pregnant?
 

Hi, i want to start back up with my callan (the 10/10 book) but we´re trying to make a baby. Should i skip the abexercises when i get pregnant?
Is there any more exercises from 10/10 i should skip? Or is it ok?

Once pregnant I would check with the doctor. She say in one of the videos to have the doctor physically do the exercises so that they know how deep the contractions are.

I think your doctor would give the best advice.

Thanks for the repy. I just found the book and it says not to do the abexercises, speacally not the first 3 months. And to avoid callanetics while pregnant.

i thought there was that south African callanetics for pregnancy.
