Those of you that exercise daily
How many carbs a day can you eat and still lose weight? What kind of exercise do you do?

I exercise everyday-3 days cardio/weights, 3 day cardio(usually step,sometimes kickboxing) and 1 day yogi/pilates/fusion/barefoot. Usually 45min-1hr right now I am eating around 1600-1800 caloreis and total carbs under 50 and net cards under 25. However I am losing VERY VERY slow last month I lost 2 pounds but I am under 15-20m pounds to goal and trying to add things in slowing. I do not exercise though for weight loss but more so for health/energy/tone-just plain all around better. Anyhow hope this helps!!! OH I weight around 158-161 right now I wear a size 6 most of the time sometimes 8 but I have a friend that never works out and she weights around 130-140 and we wear the same size and are around the same height. I swear it is the exercise!!!!

The amount of carbs you take in for training is very individual. For me I know that I could stay low-carb for any days that my sessions would last less than 1 hour. If I had to push past that I supplimented with Gels or other quick sources of carbs.
Keep in mind that my training was not for weight loss but to go as fast as possible for as long as possible. Some workouts would last 4-6 hours and pushing 80-90% max HR for the duration. As soon as a workout was completed it was back to low-carb and I would be right back in ketosis the same day. Point is, do your workouts without pushing your carbs up to high and then determine if your fatigued because of fuel or fitness. For workouts less than 1 hour muscle fatigue is more likely a result of fitness rather than fuel.

I can't lose weight unless I am at or below about 30g. I could probably do more, but then I get carb cravings and disaster happens!
