Pilates book recommendation
Hello all, I am looking to invest into a pilates book but I want it GOOD.
The stuff I have seen until now contain 12-15 exercises and that's all. I want a book with a lot of exercises, I wouldn't dare saying something 'comprehensive' but surely with a lot of variety. Reading reviews on Amazon has just confused me , so can you recommend any book? |

It must have been an embarrassing question, uh?
'Confess what pilates book you have..' 'Omg...what if mommy finds out?' ![]() |
