Thanks, Ladylove .... you're doing a great job, too!!! 2f2f --- keep up the good work, as well.

Yesterday, I worked out with Shaun T's Rockin' Body Party Express routine for 25 mins. Today, I am taking a rest day as I've got to complete Ebay orders that were pending.

Last night, I received a very large order for baby shower favors for 35 people. So, this morning, I spent 1-2 hours organizing my supply storage area ..... that way, I will be able to locate what I need quickly ....

Will check in tomorrow morning, after my workout .... have a great day, TM Buddies!

Ladylove, the largest order was for 80 baby shower favors. Depending upon what it is and when it's needed, I will "recruit" help (family, friends and young people) who like doing crafts ....

De ja vu .... Tuesday evening, I'd received payment for the 35-piece baby shower order, then, yesterday afternoon another Ebay member wrote that she may want the same exact item, 35-50 pieces, too! If that happens, I will definitely be gathering my acquaintances!

I haven't been posting much but I have been doing Turbo Jam in the morning, and walking the treadmill everyday at lunch. I'm in the process of doing a couch to 5K and have been walking 1 1/2 minutes and running 1. I just finished week 1.

Awesome, 2f2f!!! Keep it up! This morning, I worked out with Shaun T's Rockin' Body Disco Groove segment ... I just love it! Once I finished, I noticed that my sinuses cleared up --- it felt as if I ate a peppermint from my chest area up! Cool and refreshing ... I found that to be weird .... but, hey, maybe its a good thing!

I do have allergies, so hopefully that was a readjustment to my bod .... have a great weekend!

Lori, good to hear from you .... that's okay about the falling thing .... everyone does fall off at one time or another .... just climb back on!!!

This morning, I danced to Shaun T's Rockin' Body Disco Groove routine!!! Sweat, sweat, sweat! My sister-in-law ordered the dvd .... can't wait until she gets them .... we'll be dance routine buddies!

Last night, I didn't get outside to run, but forced myself onto the treadmill about 9:30 for about 33 minutes and 350 calories!

THEN, this AM I woke up early and got my butt kicked by Jillian!

Awesome, LoriAS .... keep up the good work! This morning, I had the pleasure of walking with a friend of mine on the track at a nearby park. We did a 10-mile walk .... I loved it! With the weather getting warmer, we are planning to meet again soon!

LoriAS: Looks like you did a fantastic job of getting backon the wagon - way to go !!!

Del: 10 mile walk ... geez !!! that's so awesome... I love it when I can get in a nice powerwalk with a friend (the time goes by so fast and you tend to walk more than what you would alone).

Monday - 1.5 mile walk around the lake
Tuesday - Pilates and Salsa Dancing (Dancing with Stars DVD)
Wednesday - 30 min. treadmill (high incline / high speed rotations)

You may be shocked but I went to the gym today. Well that will teach me to miss too many classes. The usual instructor was off sick and his replacement was a tiny, sweet, pretty woman from Russia treated us to an hour of undiluted torture... I may never walk again. lol.

Good morning, TM Buddies .... wow!! Everybody is moving .... great job!

CORRECTION, my hubby informed me that 4 times around that track is a mile; so, accordingly, we walked that area 8 times, which is 2 miles .... and another 2 times on the field, so that amounts to 2.50 .... (I googled the track size and it is 0.25 mile)

I know here at home it takes me about 45 mins - an hour to do 4 miles on the TM at 4.0 mph, and I know that we weren't walking super fast ..... but I could say that we walked at the speed of 3.0 mph.

My friend said we walked 10 miles and I literally "ran" with it .... if I got lost in a forest, I would not be good at distances.... now, I know, especially with her!

Sorry for the misinformation .... I always want to be honest with my TM Buddies .... pride gets us nowhere (but truthfulness takes us a long way)

No work out this morning - taking a rest day to catch up with my large Ebay order. Have a great day, TM Buddies and keep up the good work!

Up early this AM to get my butt kicked by Jillian!

Kissa - I love your description of your instructor and your workout. I didn't remember how difficult the 30 Day Shred was before I committed to do it 3 days a week. I am getting my butt kicked every other day and I am now sore DAILY. It's a good sore.

LadyLove - Thank you. I have made a commitment to myself to do a minimum of 6 days a week. I love that I have lost the weight, but I HATE that I feel weak and have tons of flabby skin. Here's to changes all around!

Del - You are now my hero! I am always on my children about how honesty is the one true characteristic they need to look for in all people!

I haven't fallen off the face of the earth yet...I've been overwhelmed with life lately and still having foot/leg problems. I have discovered which med was giving me the most leg pain and eliminated it (the one for my stomach!)...but now I have a few other issues and between those and caring for Mom I'm still not getting much exercise.....I need to get the health things under control before I can really be back to full time exercise....I have another dr. appt. in a month and I'm hoping to get some better answers to all this stuff I've been dealing with....

Miss you all and glad to see everyone moving!

Linda, many for you ... you've been through a lot .... you're strong and everything will come together ... yes, life does put bumpy roads ahead of us at times, but you are a positive encouragement for family and us .... here's hoping you feel better .....

This morning, I walked 50 mins, 3.14 miles, 535 cals on the TM. Yesterday, I missed working out because I had to report early to work .... it's tax time and my boss does tax returns for a few of his clients .... after Monday, it will slow down a bit.
