I managed to do run/walk intervals (31 min) on Monday and walking (20 min) on treadmill last night.

Feeling bad again yesterday. Didn't wait to go to doc this time. I went right away. Soooo, I am now on my 2nd round of antibiotics in 5 weeks. Blech! Hope the kiddies don't get it.

Hi, TM Buddies - Lori .... oh no, not again.... feel better. Linda, great to read your posts .... good job ....

All of you are doing awesome stuff!!!! Yesterday was a rest day for me.... This morning, I did Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs (30 mins) - it's getting mighty busy in the Ebay department .... lots of orders ..... so, I will be working on some of them in the morning .... I see myself doing 10 min Hard Core Ab routines in the a.m. before work and catching up in the evening. I guess this is the baby shower season!

Will check back tomorrow!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Yesterday was only 5 minutes on the elliptical....not bad for starting back after not using one for over a year!

Today was 20 minutes on the recumbent bike....my legs are doing much better lately and I probably could have done longer on the bike but didn't want to push it yet. I may get back on it later tonight...or maybe more elliptical today!

Hey, TM Buddies .... I did not work out yesterday, as well as Monday, due to my lower back hurting. Needed to rest it.

Today, I did walk on the TM 3.0-3.3 mph, 1.0 incline, 60:02 mins, 3.27 miles, 356 cals. burned. I hope tomorrow I won't feel any pain, as I did walk rather slowly.

After years of exercising 5 or more days a week I slacked off and just quit about a year
ago. Well today is my 12th day back walking 30 min. every morning and it may be geting a little easier. But why was it so much easier to break the habit of doing it almost every day than geting back in that habit ?

It's kind of funny that I read somewhere that the treadmill was first used in this prison.
The prisoners would walk on it to power an electric generator that powered the electric
ovens in the prison kitchen.

I forgot to say I did tow classes back to,back yesterday. Zumba followed by a toning workout. It was fine while I was doing it but I was pretty wiped out for the rest of the day.

And there was no way I was going in for an aerobic/toning class today!

Hey, TM Buddies ... good posts .... that's life .... we all take the road of "comfort and convenience" in a heartbeat because of our hectic lives, so it easier to take "the road less travelled" so to speak --- that road is called "Rest and Relaxation" .... my footprints have been there many a day!

Yesterday, no workout, rested my lower back after Wednesday's hour-walk on the TM. This morning, felt good enough to hang with Shaun T's Rockin' Body Disco Groove routine for 35 mins! Have a great day!

Thursday: Treadmill - run/walk intervals
Friday: Pool - 1 hour carrying 2 year old and walking around. He would not let go for dear life or let me stand still, so I count this as quite the workout and loads of fun!
Saturday: Zumba and my first run outside of the year. It was amazing!!
Sunday: very lazy
Monday: Shovelled snow for 45 minutes and worked up quite the sweat. But still planning on about 35 minutes on the treadmill tonight.

Tuesday, 3/26/13 - slow walk on TM - 40:03 mins, 2.31 miles, 242 cals.

Wasn't feeling too well .... so, took my time ... 3.0-3.5 mph

This morning, I will be doing Ebay work and plan to work out in the afternoon .... not sure if it will be TM again or dance video ..... will check back later!
