I would like to join this challenge. I'm not a member of a gym nor do I own a treadmill. But my co-worker has a gym membership and I can go with her for free. She generally goes everyday. So I figured if I joined a challenge I would be more motivated to go with her daily. So today is my first day.

You are doing great. You will now be my inspiration. I actually have been feeling worse rather than better and promised my husband that I would call my doctor back today.

I left work early yesterday because I was feeling so badly. Today I seem to be headed down the same road. Hoping not, already feeling lots worse that when I got up 3 hours ago. Calling the doctor!

Yesterday, I worked out to Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs dvd (30 mins); this morning, Shaun T's Rockin' Body dvd: Disco Groove (I LOVE that one!!) (30 mins).

I've decided I need to shake things up a bit. I am having a hard time getting back at the workouts since I've been sick for the last few weeks. Therefore, I am starting a 7-day challenge to get me back on track. I'm hoping that this will break my stall as well. Join me if you are interested.

Hey, TM Buddies, hope you all had a lovely long weekend ... seems like a lot has been going on! I didn't get a chance to post either over the weekend. Here's what went on:

Sat, 2/16 - rest day
Sun, 2/17 - Shaun T's Rockin Body dvd: Party Express segment (25 mins)
Mon, 2/18 - rest day (Ebay orders to complete)
Tues, 2/19 - Shaun T's Rockin Body dvd: Shaun T's Dance Party segment (45 mins)

Good job on workouts and starting up again - Lori, I am going to check out your link with the 7-day movement challenge!!!

Great job, TM Buddies. This morning, as I watched Good Morning America which featured Robin Roberts' return to the studio, I walked on the TM at 3.7-4.0 mph for 65 mins, 4.03 miles, 614 cals.!!!

Felt fantastic!

This morning I did 30 min turbo jam. Just finished with my treadmill 43 Minutes, 2.36 miles, 292 calories burned. Two workouts done two more to go.

The difficult one will be doing the callnetics video tonight, I have a volleyball game at 8:00 so I have/want to go to that!

Good morning, TM Buddies. Cindy, good job on your aerobic toning class and glad to see ya!

I hate to admit that yesterday's workout was missed because I overslept!!! That's because I didn't take any naps over the weekend!

Anyway, I've decided that when that ever happens again, I will simply do a 10-minute cardio workout with Shaun T which targets the hips, buns and thighs, that should work and keep me from feeling so guilty.

Today, I worked out with his Hip Hop Abs video for 30 mins.

Kissa, I was up and at 'em this morning!!! This morning, I walked 32:01 mins, 2.24 miles, 406 cals. on the TM and plus 10 mins of Shaun T's Hard Core Abs!

Feeling great!!! Now, getting ready to shower and do some house cleaning .... Being off on Wednesdays has its advantages. I know that soon, though, my boss will be closing down his law firm ... I thank goodness that I've lasted until now (October was the actual month we were supposed to close shop).

I want to do work from home ... that is my dream ....

It's so nice to come in here and see everyone still moving!!!

Good news! We bought a recumbent exercise bike so I'm back in business!!! Woo Hoo! Waiting on a call to schedule delivery and once it's set up I can exercise again!

Still having problems with the leg muscles and ligaments but I tried the bike at the store and no problems pedaling! It really felt good to be moving again and I'm hoping that this will be just what I need to regain my former fitness!

I miss hanging out here! Still really busy with caring for Mom and doing all that needs to be done to run 2 households but I'll be able to get my exercise(and stress relief!) soon!

Good job, Cindy and Ladylove... Cindy, I really hope that I can get something started from home on autopilot - my Ebay sales have been down but still selling - though not enough to cover expenses ... it trickles a few dollars in - but that's better than nothing .... I am seriously looking into a few things.

Today, I worked out with Shaun T's Rockin' Body dvd - Disco Groove dance routine for 35 mins. - I love that one best of all his videos! Brings me back to my disco days ....
