This morning, I worked out with Shaun T's Rockin' Body dvd: Disco Groove (35 mins.) WOO HOO!!!

I didn't work out yesterday but, today I was able to get in my Pilates tape before I had to go to some appiontments.

I hope to get to my Insanity workout later today but, if not at least I did something today versus nothing.

Awww, thanks, Ladylove - you are fabulous!!! I really get inspired by your posts as well. I have been going through spurts of working out, then nothing, then back on track - but despite it all, reading posts from my TM Buddies gives me encouragement and stamina, again and again...

Over the years, this thread has achieved what being workout buddies is all about! Helping each other no matter what our goal may be .... along with consolation when times are rough ....

Keep up the good work, Ladylove!!! You go, girl!!!

Hello, hello, hello, here I am. I must have accidentally unsubscribed from last year's thread and as I haven't been exercising I hadn't really noticed. But dear Del PMd me today and here I am. Thanks Del.

Planning a Zumba class tomorrow. I am still happy JUDDDing (waves to Zagnut!) but although my weight is fine my waistline is not! So time to be accountable again.

Linda, I am so sorry to hear about your Stepfather's fall. He is such a support to your mother I know.

I have to report that my 'dodgy' arthritic knee has had a truly remarkable improvement since I began taking three 1500ml Glucosamine a day. I know this doesn't work for everyone but the change for me has been incredible.

Ugh, I know this is where i need to be Just need the encouragement... I gained about 13 lbs since the start of winter... and I have an eliptical that is horrible... but I refuse to pay for the gym here and I cannot afford 5K on a good machine... I'm not overweight by any means, I have had 2 children 9 and 4... 29 years old (i'll be 30 this year) and since I moved, I really have dropped off the exercising wagon and before I would just feel worse, now I am starting to LOOK worse... Jillian Micheals and me 1st thing in the morning, rise and shine at 5 AM... I'll keep you guys posted, just keep me accountable..

Kissa .... It's so good to see you!!!! Now, the TM Buddies gang is complete!!!!! That's okay that you haven't be exercising, we understand .... you can only do what you can do .... your encouragement and motivation counts, too!!! By the way, glucosamine works for me to ....I swear by Osteo Bi-Flex .... since taking that, although I've had back aches, it's not as severe as it was years ago which required me to walk with a cane! And some days, I don't even remember that I have back trouble .....

determinator - looking forward to reading your posts - encouragement is what we do here, so you are definitely in the right place; Ladylove and Lori - good job! Okay, yesterday, I worked out to Shaun T's Rockin' Body dvd for 20 mins (Disco Groove - it's actually 35 mins but I could not complete it since I had a meeting to get ready for); this morning, I walked 41:02 mins, 2.73 miles, 463 cals on the TM. I did get to Zumba this morning and that was such a boost that I stayed on for a tough 15 minutes ab class. May regret that in the morning!

You guys put me to shame! I did do a callenetics workout and weight training yesterday. (I actually saw muscles in my back today so I know they are there, lol) Today, well when I wake up, will be treadmill day. It's a DD and I love the energy I get on those days so that's when I move
I'll try to remember to log miles!
You guys are doing great! Love to feel the energy in the thread!

Yesterday - rest day - continued house cleaning spree for upcoming Super Bowl party. This morning, I worked out to Shaun T's Rockin' Body DVD: Hard Core Abs (10 mins) and Rock It Out (45 mins). WHEW!!! He's no joke!!

Good job, Cindy and Lori. My arms are aching from yesterday's strength training workout with Shaun T's Rock It Out session - he incorporates 5 sets of 10 push-ups!!!! I did at least 3 sets - couldn't hang with 5 this time!

This morning, no workout - had to complete some Ebay orders for mailing this morning before work. I plan to work out tonight ... probably a quick dance routine would be best! Will check back later!

Last night, no workout - I guess that I am stressed about this Super Bowl Party and what I have left to do - the right side of my neck tightened up so much that I could not fully turn my head in that direction. I took an Aleve and felt better when I woke up today.

This morning, I worked out to Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs for 30 mins. Have a great day, TM Buddies....

This morning, I worked out to Shaun T's Party Express (25 mins). A little behind in following my plans with the housecleaning .... have to wash the crystal, more dusting, etc.

Hubby stayed home today and will tomorrow. The family room is in shambles as he decided to remove wallpaper from the bathroom and paint. Livingroom has his papers on table and sofa which he will be shredding - he removed them from the desk in the office .... so, I think I will stay home tomorrow and assist in putting the livingroom back together .... we still have to clean the livingroom rug .... I'm stressing ....

One of my friends passed away last weekend (just found out on Tuesday), will be attending funeral Saturday afternoon .... - I'm stressing ....
