Started off with ... 30 min. treadmill (rotating inclines).

Well it wouldnt be ohio without changing weather every minute. It was 53* on Monday, 24* today with snow! And wind. So it will be a treadmill day for me

The holidays are over, the houseguests are gone and the house is getting back to normal....we are going to visit youngest son and family for the weekend but when we get back I'll be starting on my rebounder.....it's in place and ready for me to start! I sure do miss coming in here with my workout reports.....I feel like some things are finally falling back into place and I'm looking forward to being more regular here after the weekend!
