Thanks, LadyLove! I really miss the active person I was before and am having a hard time because I have lost every bit of fitness I had.

Since the last time I posted I did more bike time and today I started on my rebounder...only 5 minutes but I have to start really slow with it because I've been having some ligament/muscle issues and don't want to aggravate anything.

Starting this week off doing some power walking on treadmill half the time and the other half jogging.

Mon, Tues, and Wed.

Thursday - no workout (need a good body rest)

Missing you all but just not getting any exercise at present. DD1 is here with her DH and we have been travelling. They leave at the weekend and I hope to get in a couple of workouts next week.

Sorry you are struggling Linda. Life just gets in the way sometimes.

I did a few more minutes on the rebounder yesterday....sure is frustrating to have to begin all over again! Especially when I can't just schedule a specific time daily to just work out.

I found a new massage person (keeping the other one, too, because she does a different kind of massage than the new one) and I have my first appt. with him today. I'm hoping this will help all the pain I've been having and will allow me to start working out a bit more without problems!

TM Buddies! I have been MIA since the TM was not working ... thought I'd be working out with my dvd's but didn't ... fell into a little depression due to circumstances ... but am slowly but sure coming out of it ... between the house still being worked on (the contractor lost his father and needed some time away to care for family issues and funeral) which will hopefully start back up next week (just minor retouching up the painting and installing a door), then hunting for a j-o-b which has been irritating not to say the least, it has been a roller coaster ride!

Anyway, the TM was fixed over the weekend - hubby has been on it daily - I finally got on it Weds. and will be picking up the pace. I walked 40:09 mins, 2.0 miles, 216 cals. at 3.0 mph. Slow start and will work my way up.

I am currently selling my personal items that are cluttering up the house in order to bring in some cash. So, I am taking inventory and ridding myself of clothes that I can't wear and other items. That's taking up quite some time ..... Got to help pay the bills ....

I just wanted to stop by and say hello - and get back to doing my workouts! Glad to read all your posts ... again, like it is said, life deals us lemons -- so make lemonade! Have a great weekend, TM Buddies!

I've started to do a few body weight exercises and bouncing on the rebounder. Had to take the recumbent bike downstairs to make room for holiday decorations.

Oldest son is moved out but hasn't moved all of his stuff yet...he said he'll get it all out after the holidays. He'll be getting some of it soon. Once it's all out I can get my workout area set up again and start using my treadmill (it will be a very slow pace but better than nothing!).

Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving (if you celebrate!)....I had my kids here as well as the 2 granddaughters....oldest son hosted the Thanksgiving meal at his new house! I cooked but it was nice to have the day at his house which is much larger than mine!

Still not much exercise but I found a new massage guy who says he can get my muscles to work like they are supposed to again...I see him every other week...

I found some body weight exercises that I can do now so I'll be starting them later today.....slowly but surely I hope to be back to what I was before my knee surgery! (can you believe it's been almost 4 years ago since I had the surgery?!)
